What's a credit?
A credit is your usage currency for a cell. Most sources cost 1 credit per cell; data-heavy ones cost 2–5, always shown on the source's page before you use it. Failed lookups never count.
Do I pay per source?
No. Every plan includes all 250+ sources. You pull whatever your workbook needs and pay only for the credits your cells actually spend — one balance across every source.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Cells stop refreshing until your balance renews at the start of the next cycle, or you can upgrade any time for an immediate top-up. Existing values stay in the sheet — nothing is deleted.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and yearly whenever you like from the dashboard. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing; downgrades take effect next cycle.
What will show on my invoice?
VerveSheets runs on APIVerve, our production data engine, so invoices and card statements read APIVERVE. Same account, same key, same billing — nothing else changes.
